COLLECTIONS


We take the worry and hassle out of rent collection. Residents can pay through a variety of digital channels, and owners are never charged for late notices, collections or court actions. All rent payments are due on the 1st of each month and considered late on the 6th.

    • Tenants choose from a list of free and convenient payment options, including eCheck, autopay, credit cards, remote cash payments, phone payments and more. 
    • 100% of delinquent residents receive a late notice on the 6th of each month. 
    • A third-party eviction law firm files magistrate court cases against 100% of delinquent residents on the 21st of each month. 
    • We comply fully with federal and state laws and regulations.
    • All collections actions are part of our comprehensive services and never come with extra fees to the owner.

ACCOUNTING


We cover accounting for all rental properties, so there’s no need to get overwhelmed by the numbers. Just look for our monthly statements, and consider it handled.

    • Net proceeds are transferred directly into owners’ checking accounts via eCheck. 
    • Itemized monthly statements with MTD and YTD totals are sent via email or first-class mail. 
    • All accounting services are secured with 3D Fidelity Bonds and Errors & Omissions Insurance. 
    • Annual Form-1099 reporting and custom accounting reports are provided at no extra charge. 
    • We guarantee prompt accounting and disposition of all security deposits.
